eh, i think pillowballs do a good bit for road feel (and noise!) and they allow for better use of the springs (no deforming of the spring under load, etc.).
then the problem is not sus related. the steering bumpstop bolts are supposed to have plastic caps on them and should be greased. sounds like you don't have any caps or grease.....they're like $.50 @ toyo....
FCO is not based on pressure, it's based on FLOW (hence the airflow meter, not boost meter). pressure != flow. that said, FCO will depend greatly on what turbo you have and what other mods you have. personally, my setup used to hit FCO around 11 psi or so on the lex....
eh, i was of the opinion that swing-outs were for pansies....i think i've changed that. though i do think by using them you are sacrificing some rigidity....
