doubtful it's a valve prob if you're still getting 65 psi. sounds like a BHG or cracked piston to me....

eh, i think pillowballs do a good bit for road feel (and noise!) and they allow for better use of the springs (no deforming of the spring under load, etc.).

then the problem is not sus related. the steering bumpstop bolts are supposed to have plastic caps on them and should be greased. sounds like you don't have any caps or grease.....they're like $.50 @ toyo....

heh. not on any upgraded CT....you'll need a "real" turbo setup to do something like that. i made 409 @ 15 psi.....

FCO is not based on pressure, it's based on FLOW (hence the airflow meter, not boost meter). pressure != flow. that said, FCO will depend greatly on what turbo you have and what other mods you have. personally, my setup used to hit FCO around 11 psi or so on the lex....
