I have a chop saw here also, with a chuck/jaw setup that has adjustable angles. If I had my choice though, it would be a band saw or cold saw with fluid.

FYI a 57 trim only flows 50lbs max, and a 60-1 (depending on map) flows close to 60lbs.

Well, I believe I have found the answer. There is a compressor wheel off of a garrett to4B, that measures out to be a 42 trim, 49.5mm inducer, 70mm exducer. This wheel is rated at 40lbs/min @ PR of 3.2. Just food for thought....

Been thinking of one of these for a while... kinda like the banshe in halo. You could have a whole squadron of disposable banshe's for a squad of navy seals. Each personal flight frame would have a 50 cal machine gun, and two missles etc etc and enough POWERED flight time of 20 minutes...

The bottom is a vent. IIRC you can hook the bottom one up pre throttle body, and the top goes after throttle body.

^That crack is nothing to worry about. The rear housings are cast. The suprasport housings are cast stainless.

Small cracks have been found to do nothing but be an eyesore. Large cracks can actually bleed exhaust and pressure past the wastegate door causing a laggy turbo.
