FYI....
"O-Allen" sockets and wrenches are made by the same foundry, out of the same steel as matco and some other high name tools.
Except they cost alot less. You can find them at Menards and other places....
Adam, with any blasting media you'll want to either put new bearings in after blasting, or if possible take the old bearings apart - clean and then repack them.
The top larger nipple.
The lower is just a vent for the diphragm inside.
I have seen on the WAY OLD SKEWL HKS diagrams, that the lower nipple was to be plumbed into BEFORE THE THROTTLE BODY, and the top nipple AFTER THE THROTTLE BODY.
You'll want to weld that inner wastegate door closed, and run an external. It will boost creep like mad if you don't.

Nascar prohibits engine cooling lines inside the cockpit due the possibility of burns.
Furthermore, you must make the firewall (both front and rear) as solid as possible.
You never want hot liquid inside the car near you. You also do not want fuel lines inside the car with you...
If you had a diesel of that size in a car, you would have something to the tune of 80/20 weight dist.
Now, food for thought! Take a look at the new VW turbo diesels....
IIRC they are just under 1.5ltr, turbo, and make plenty of power. (Look up the rally car turbo diesel)
