You'll need to take off the eblow so you can see the wastegate flapper door. Hook up a 10-20psi compressed air source with rubber hose to the wastegate nipple. Presurize (sp?) the wastegate, and see if the flapper door moves.

If you don't know.... DON'T POST!!! The top nipple on most BOV's goes to a vacuum source after the throttle body. The bottom nipple goes before the throttle body to make the BOV act as a "pop off" valve, or simply just not used at all.
