If your injectors are working, then you are also getting spark. Without spark, the injectors will not get turned on. That leaves compression. Your engine could be out of time, or the position/speed sensor in the distributor, known as the CPS on the GTE is out of time.

Well, the ECU program was written for EGR installed. The changes affect how high of an octane rating you need.
