Many people here have posted about custom work at an exhaust shop for reasonable money. Have them mandrel bend 60mm or so, up to 2.5" and get a baffled muffler. Most of the aftermarket baffled mufflers will be kind of loud. Try the FAQ at the top on upgrades for a muffler.
