Power is supplied constantly to the injectors when EFI circuit is running. The ECM grounds them in groups. Just a hunch. I don't think you have 6 bad injectors and the computer doesn't work. Then again...

24 is normal without an airflow signal. So is 31. It probably is a part of the MAFT-Pro hook up. Do you have instructions? Check the piggy back section to see.

Of course the pressure went up, you increased the resistance to flow. If you want more oil in your engine, remove the stock bypass unit, and install a temp dependent oil cooler system. Your "pressure" will go up from more oil trying to fill the same space.

You want to know if the fuel pump wires are in the correct spot in the plug? Why wouldn't they be? In the same box as the TE1 connection, is one that says FP and one that says B+. Short them and see if the pump runs. Unplug it as soon as you here it, which should be right away.
If it shifts fine with the range selector unplugged, the problem is electrical. Which I think you know. You can pull codes on a trans ECU. It doesn't go into drive, or it stays in 1st?
If you have a signal to the gauge, and the gauge doesn't work, then the gauge doesn't work. I don't have the EWD, and am not sure of the signal you are supposed to have. It also wouldn't hurt to look at the cluster. You can't get an answer on what is wrong when there is more than one thing that...
They can and do warp. And the pads failing to bed properly can literaly melt onto the pad and cause a pulsation in another way.
