To continue, on a gas analyzer, an ignition misfire will result in high HC and high O2 content, with low CO2 and CO will be where ever your settings are on the car.
And to continue 3p's comment, a gas analyzer is found at the dealer or a shop that is fully competent to do things like emission...
To elaborate, when the screw is open and unmetered air is entering the engine, it causes a lean condition. The injection pulse width, that is how long the injector is turned on, is lower because the ECU thinks less air is entering than really is. The best way to run the Lex meter is with the...
It will respond correctly. You should use a known good unit.
The further out the screw is, the leaner you will be, in addition to the raising of fuel cut. The meter is reading less air.
There is nothing crazy about a powerful engine installed in a lightweight chasis. I think it is a good idea. The 7M CelicaSupra comes to mind. As does an old Z car, which I have seen on this site.
To not be effected when the transmission is loaded or unloaded would suggest the rear output. To have noise when decelerating and torque is on the rear output helps push that thought. It needs to be looked at. As well as brake squeal.
I attached the line to the turbo first. When I tightened it, that pulled the flange closer to the block, and further away. It and the water line could be a little shorter. But I don't think either is an issue.
The honeycomb is there for a reason. Toyota didnt' decide to spend money because it looks neat. It straightens the air for an accurate measurement. Seems like 24 is the air temp sensor. I don't know if you can pull it out and put in a new one. I suppose you could if can do the electronics...
Seems like the user name over "Sammydafish" on SF put together a PDF of everything he took off the car. If you really want a drag car, you know what to pull. Audio system, driver seat for another passenger seat, fiberglass hood, but I don't know if anybody preproduces them. (carbon fiber is ugly...
The 7MGTE does not use a MAF sensor. That is the first thing. It uses karman vortex air flow meter. The faster air is pulled through the meter, the faster the frequency from it. Boost is high pressure, slow movinig air. If you had mass air flow sensor (MAF) you could do it.
Or you could just...
