You will be running rich in open loop as mentioned above. In closed loop when the car is at operating temps and you don't punch it, the ECU will shorten the injector on time by the oxygen sensor. It is responding to its own control, that is what closed loop is. The lean out will show in Vf, but...

A 1UZFE meter and 550cc injectors will not cause a lean condition beyond what Toyota designed. You need to start supplying information in the post if you want it diagnosed.
Here is my suggestion. The first one is my original. It works, but the lines go out, and very close to the intercooler hose. That hose being rubber was not a huge issue, but I switched to the Canton piece later.

Naturally aspirated engines and turbocharged engines are not the same. They cylinder pressure is significantly increased if you didn't know what was happening under boost.
