Did you check to see if the circuit for the combination switch is not broken? Looking at the diagram, the integration relay seems like it is watching for connectivity to ground. So I think you should make sure it is good, and that is the signal.
You are killing me poodles.
Remove A/C compressor and condensor. And the evaporator is you are really feeling spunky. Fabricate a manual steering rack from one made for another car. Smaller battery, but leave it where it is. Fiberglass hood, put the mat back in plcae.
Remove the...
If you are going to use a manual, why not use the drjonez manaul controller? He is upstanding member of the community. I bought it, and it worked great on the CT26. It is having a little trouble with the bigger blower, in terms of hitting where I want, but that is expected with the big increase...
I am now dealing with the aspect of a 20 year old car. My new Toyota radiator from NipponDenso, manufactured now in China instead of Japan leaks from the top core. I should say seeping. Poor construction. You know I am a capitalist, yet I would rather have a UAW product than one from China at a...
It seems Porsche didn't like the fact that old fashioned Detroit iron (ZR1) would stomp all offerings from the 911 lineup. Even the GT2 was "only" a 120 mph car in the quarter, unlike the ZR1 which a monkey could do 130 in...
That is something I don't hear every day. I am glad somebody likes its notchiness. It is a tough trans for normal street cars.
Well, they don't want their parts on no "jap car" either. ;)
Speculation is just that. The 7MGTE while heavy, is actually 440 lbs. The 7M requires almost no fabrication to install and the weight is about the same. And the stock Celica Supra weighs a tick over 3000, and only a little more with the 7M, or about 500lbs lighter than a Supra. On the Sonic...
For those that haven't seen it before or are otherwise unfamiliar....
The brass ring has pointed ends, where you see his are worn down. That is the grinding in the transmission when you grind it. The syncro part is the underside which is threaded to match the speeds. The pointed teeth worn...
No, I was giving him a hard time on replacing the engine thinking it would solve a problem that doesn't exist. Do a voltage drop test on the starter circuit. If the starter was bench tested and works, then you need to look at the circuit and power source.
A Celica Supra with a light weight tire and wheel combo and a built 7M and R154 would be beast on the street. Reg Reimer was deep in the 12's on the stock CT26.
If you have the EWD, why don't you check it? It tells you what that line is for. Don't sweat a small mistake. Every body does it. Many here won't admit they were wrong when posting. That says you have some character.
My 91 says the blue wire with the white tracer (L-W) is from the 30 amp cb...
I don't want to change the character of the car.
A big change that could help is an aluminum-magnesium block. That won't happen. You can gut it and drop unnecessary weight, changing the character of the car.
GT, not sedan. Sedans have 4 doors by definition. 2 doors are coupes.
