The integration relay is really a body computer. Toyota just calls it that because...well...because. Power to your headlight relay is constant on both sides, shared from the fuse. The relay switches ground via transistors. The command is the headlight switch. And yes, the retract control relay...
The A/C amplifier supplies ground to the clutch relay when the dual switches are closed. And the dual pressure switch is in series with power to the other side (switched) of the clutch relay.

I think it is a great exahust. That is also a true straight through muffler. I don't know why you want it louder, but I suppose a divorced down pipe will get noisy when you are on it.
I have seen people go without their car. You don't have to rent the Shelby Mustang either. Any car will do.
That is possibly a little harsh, but not that far off either. The worst question I was ever asked is "Is that for the Land Cruiser?" Which isn't actually a bad question. There are more...
The integration relay supplies ground based on percieved commands of the headlight switch.
Did you work at Toyota ever? I don't remember. It is rare, but I have seen an integration relay act up once or twice before. Grounding the relay will feed ground to the relay where the trasistor is...
You should look at the wiring for the knock sensors. They can fail, but depending on your climate, some have detoriatred wiring. That ist he 52. The ECU commands a weaker tune with it. 51 will hurt your idle, as will 3 Hz from the meter. A known good meter for swapping is an ok place to start...
.
Where?
If your foot is not on the accelerator pedal, and the A/C is not on, then the throttle position sensor is not adjusted correctly, and the ECU does not think you are at idle.
Now was that so hard? ;)
3 hz is low at idle. Either from the poor idle and vacuum, or the mirror...
Aren't you more interested in facts? He asked what is the symptom. Why are you asking about a MAF. Your car doesn't have one, just so you know. You have a volume air flow meter which measures in frequency.
So you measured thermal air (air temp sensor as already mentioned) and computer...
Looks like the Turbo Exhaust with the D tips to me. Which is what I have. And yes, it is quiet and powerful. HKS says the Dragger and Dragger II have the "DR" tip, which is the big can. I wonder if you were told it is one thing, and is actually the Turbo Exuahst.
My first Supra an 87 without washers took almost a full bottle the same as my 91. I can't tell a difference, but I don't pay attention to those things.
