1.3 liters last I checked. Make sure your fill bolt is removed FIRST, in case it's stuck, you don't want to drain it and THEN find that out. ;)

I found that the best place, IMO, to put the wiring for the system was under the carpet (duh?), and run it along the passenger side of the transmission tunnel. I did it under the driver side sill once as well, and preferred my other idea. :)

Couple things raise minor flags for me: "Have not yet checked ignition timing, could incorrect timing cause high CO?" To my understanding, if you're not igniting your A/F mixture at the right time, some of it will remain unburned, correct? I would think that timing would very much affect...

I'm not terribly worried about the weight, I was just getting sore from the long races. I have one of those Playseat setups, and while the frame itself isn't bad, the seat... leaves room for desire. I would change a few things of the frame too, but lacking a welder or the knowledge of welding...
