Try and get a different living arrangement with the landlord sir. It's possible, although unlikely given the market in Phoenix at the moment, that they might need an apartment like yours for someone who needs the room. ;) That said, I can only suggest to only room with people you know outside...

Mike, I would never tell someone not to get a Miata. In fact, I think they should be used as a part of driver education... would teach people a LOT, because they do not hide driving errors, not even a bit. You screw up in a Miata, you know it sooner than later.

Ugh... beautiful! A good 6 puck should hold up a bit better. Have you looked into feramic (sp?) clutch discs? Makes me wonder what mine might look like by now? I know I've slipped the thing quite a lot, but it still holds just fine once you fully let off the pedal.

I can see that, it is electrical interference from the alternator causing this noise, correct? However, in my case, I am running a COP setup, no spark plug wires to be found...
