Yep. Anytime I start an engine dry/after its been stored a while, I crank it (pull the EFI fuse) until I see my oil pressure gauge start to go up.

This may be true, but it won't be a Supra anymore :'(

If you just want to prime the oil system, I suggest pulling the 'EFI' fuse out of the engine bay fuse panel. Car can't start without it :)

So 3 out of 4 rear alignment adjustments are seized :/ Guess I'm going full poly bushes sooner than I had thought! Cam bolts should be in tomorrow, picking up the rear bushing kit after work! Then I just need a turbo to drive it in for the alignment!

I'd guess it was built up fuel in the exhaust that popped when the engine fired on the second crank. Nothing to worry about imo, just be sure to double-check everything before running it!
