you can use breather on isc.. but dont put them on valve cover... route them pre-turbo with or without catch can or to exhaust (there's some debate whether this system works well but its worth lookin into it) or to an electric or mechanical vacuum pump for pcv systems

might as well upgrade the entire clutch unit to something appropriate if you're willing to go through the trouble of swapping pressure plates.

i made the same mistake on the stud at the very back of the motor. i just grinded the stud hole on the manifold very slighty so that it would fit better using a dremil tool.

boost controller and crank that bitch up!! lol jk what exactly do you want... there's endless possibilities to go "faster" what kind of fast do you want? how much money are you willing to spend?
