how do you figure? didn't you just "rebuild" the motor?

the horn itself? ground it to something and touch the positive on the the + battery terminal.. should sound if its working. if it works, double check wiring and relay.. and ground point?

ok the one vacuum line going to the accordian intake hose is incorrect like I said before it is supposed to go to your blow off valve and then you need to plug it off since you are venting to atmosphere and not recirculating it. (plug off on the intake) Your pcv and iacv are correct on the...

thats the oem fpr. u need vacuum to that

there isnt any electronics on the fuel rail unless you are talking about an injector? black.. idle air control valve? throttle position sensor?
