I bought both sets of energy bushings from Suprasport (local to me, don't start anything) and they were waaaay cheaper than OEM bushings. I also had to buy the cam bolts because they were all seized.
Front bushings: $95
Front cam bolts: ~$100
Rea bushings: $62
Rear cam bolts: ~$80
Like I said before, I would give him the exact measurements you found and let him decide what he would like to do. Maybe bring the block in so he can do little cuts and check after each? (you could borrow a friends' truck, perhaps?
For me its one of those things where I would be willing to...
Might be a throwout bearing going out or soething inside the tranmission. My money's on the TO bearing.
I say put the new clutch kit in and buy a new throwout bearing, plus all of the washers attached to it. *Be very careful how the washer are reinstalled, its very easy to mix that...
I'd say triple check the measurements (even take pictures of them) and then bring it to the machinist. He should be able to chuck it up and get it cut god enough as long as your measuring is super accurate.
I know you know it, but nothing is as good as block and cover bolted together being...
You should put it in the FS section...like a boss :P
Once again I say weaksos, but its your car and you are the one and only Sean. What's this 'project'? Better not be anything gay...just sayin
The solution to all of this: Have Ian buy and ship you a 4WD Ute. Sure, it'll cost a bajillion dollars, but you will never see anyone in the US with one- ever.
Oh Ian, look at the location- Wisconsin. Just a hop, skip, and half a jump away from me. We have this thing called hellawinter with feet and feet of white stuff. AWD ftw my friend!
A better way to be unique would be to find a local shop and have them custom make some of the parts, rather than order everything off of Ebay/etc. Sheet metal intake manifold/tubular exhaust manifold/etc. It will cost alot more, but nobody else will have 'that' manifold. Apply that to just...
If you take a video and it captures the sound right, I think either I or member Emiliorescigno could confirm whether its the bosch diverter valve noise- I commented on how his sounded at part throttle/tip-in and he said it was the bosch.
The plugs tell you that #6 Isn't having proper combustion. It could be many things, but based on the information we've been given, as well as the picture- it seems like a head gasket that is not sealing correctly.
You have 2 options:
1- Pull engine and have it machined (and hope it turns out...
Its not adjustable, but there was a vacuum line that should have gone to the top. Sounds like you need a new one x.x
Take a good picture of it if you want a definite answer on good or bad :)

I'm OK with it, there were some young kids driving who def should not be going above 100. (any driver with a license was OK to drive, might have been 18+, not sure)
There was a standing 100mph speed limit, but they didn't use guns and TBH they didn't much care. Max speed I did was 150 down the front straight. Funny thing was that was with the open downpipe and on wastegate boost, making as much noise as possible :P!
