Stock FPR adjustable?

Tried to start the project today and noticed fuel trickling from the top of the stock FPR. Looks like the last guy who owned the car tried to adjust it by shoving something down into it... Are these adjustable or did the previous owner screw it up for me?

Its not adjustable, but there was a vacuum line that should have gone to the top. Sounds like you need a new one x.x
Take a good picture of it if you want a definite answer on good or bad :)

That is the pulsation dampener, it doesn't set your fuel pressure. If you look at the opposite side of the rail you will see the fuel pressure regulator witha vac line coming off. But yes, it looks like someone did mess with that, there is supposed to be a screw in the top, and if its leaking it definitely needs to be replaced.
