    Most were cracked between the bolt holes and the steam holes (all early blocks) One was cracked through a main web another had been over heated to the point the main tunnels had 10 thou difference end to end. and not a one had usable bores short of a +40 bore job.

    I can't think of a single reason to run Twins these days unless they're sequential. Back when I did my TT 3.4L V8 I started at .3ar housings then ported the nozzles till I was happy with the response curve.
