    Yep that's it. I'm with Poo check the PCV system there's something amiss that you have that much Oil in the CC. It did get new valve seals didn't it?

    Leave the oil sit overnight and see if any coolant seperates out. The 140ish numbers are all ok for closed throttle readings but that 109 indicates an issue and is why I suggested a leakdown test as well. (should always be done WoT though) If it's a valve problem you'll hear it doing the...

    109 is a HUGE concern :( Was the battery getting flat? Did you do the test with the throttle wide open?

    Nothing to be scared of Steve, You won't be jazzing the throttle when it's cold so no problems there and you're not going for maximum load on the fresh engine so again no dramas. I use it every build.

    Our Govt watered down the do not call legisation here so during the times they're allowed to call I mess with them for as long as I can keep them on the phone ;) Do this a couple of times and wow lookie there they don't call again! (most of these vermin share lists)
