I had this issue of over travel with my OSGiken twin, they only need a small amount of throw for a clean release. I considered adding a pedal stop but took the lazy option and adjusted the Clutch pedal lower to the floor so it acted as the stop then adjusted the brake pedal to match it's...

They were never sold here so there would be nothing on them in the loacl catalogues but Toyota Australia has access to Toyota Japan and can direct order anything needed.

Pinion bearings are a freak size as well :( Had to go genuine when I had my T1 repaired.

Well that's really interesting that they won't fit a +20 7M! (see learning ALL the time)

Only time my T1 bugged me was if it lifted a wheel in a corner, the TrueTrac has a preload pack to prevent loss of drive in this scenario but as delivered it's set far too stiff for short road tires (it's designed with 33" tall mud tires in mind for the offroaders)

Sounds like a too short throwout bearing or no pedal stop allowing it to overtravel past the annular seal.
