Dave: I'm currently using Co Pilot 10 software on my LapTop with a cheap GPS Receiver and it works really well.
The Lappy is always in the car and I'm not a big fan of small screens and buttons on the handhelds.
And what have you done to combat the Light throttle light load Lean condition that happens when the US ECU thinks the EGR system is in place?
Yet again you have "modded" your car in the belief that Toyota got it wrong and you're right.
Now you have people that actually understand how the...
Ok the "official" word from ARP (thanks JDub) is the Studs now use a 14mm nut and not the 9/16th nuts they used to come with.
I suspect this was done for ISO Certification but there wasn't any mention of the change over in the last set of ARP's I bought hence my obsolete information, sorry guys.
Carbon's critical speed is through the roof and the only way you'll exceed it with a Mk3 is by strapping it to the space shuttle.
Another "bonus" is that if they fail they turn into a broom and sweep the road and DS Tunnel and don't tear the car to bits.
John: I've ran into the MoTeC log jibberish a few times and after speaking with the MoTeC Techs in that area it appears to happen if there are too many channels enabled or if the sample rates are set too high.
I've asked for the Limit to be changed from 64 channels to a max of 45.
Looks different to the pics the OP posted Scott ;)
(happy I'm wrong though it makes life a bit easier for him,not much though it's still a massive job)
That there is just plain embarrasing......
I agree with Scott there's a bunch of garbage pretending to be information in this thread....
If you can HEAR it rattle on the Dyno it's going to be much worse in the real world under part throttle loads when you can't hear it due to road noise....
Yep :(
Didn't seem to affect compression much at all but did blowby a shitload, that's when I first went to the -10 fittings and hoses as I got sick of pushing the dipstick back in and at high rpm it would puke Oil onto the WG.
(instant James Bond Smoke Screen)
If it's stock size lines and fittings your engine may be breathing a little more than they can cope with.
When was the last time you tightened your Cam Belt Tensioner and how tight did you torque it to?
