    I'd still play musical injectors and swap them around a bit and make 100% sure which work and which don't. (just a bit odd that 1/6 went down at the same time)

    Touch the injector while it's running can you feel/hear it click? Swap the injectors around does the issue follow them or stay on that cylinder?

    Sandpaper the terminals where it grounds to the head (the rail is insulated) Have you verified that the Injectors aren't firing?

    Is the ground strap from the Coil pack to the head there?

    They pull out fairly easily I then drilled and tapped them for 3/8" BSP fittings.

    "A system will only flow as much as the point of greatest restriction" In your case the fittings on the cam covers so in effect it won't be any better until you do them ;)
