I have a spare MV Automatics shift kitted valve body here if anyone is interested drop me a PM. (ran it in my car before I converted to full electronic control)
Pulling it back to stoich (14.7) on decel isn't really doing much J ;)
I set up a couple of high vac lines on the fuel table and another in the WB02 Aim table then tweak it by finding a big hill and let it engine brake to set the full vac setting.
J: About 17.5:1, it's just to save fuel on decel, but you still need some fuel to keep combustion pressure on the rings so it doesn't suck oil past them if you're using race style rings.
Word of caution on decel cut from my own experience if you're using a thin ring set in your engine do NOT set it so it cuts ALL fuel, aim for around lambda 1.25.
The reason for this is I was cutting all fuel and managed to flutter the rings badly enough to go through 1Qt of oil in 370 miles...
Only way to find out is to run it to operating temp and see with that Oil.
There are too many variables in a 7M that will affect volume/pressure such as how worn the Cam tunnels are and so on.
I prefer to find an Oil that gives me the required pressure at Maximum output and just accept...
Because you need x pressure to maintain the Oil wedge to keep the Crank off the bearings.
0 pressure the motor will last hours maybe even at idle speeds.
A place here in Australia called MV Automoatics, I paid $2800 AUD for mine to be built.
I believe IPT there do a good trans so are worth a call to get a quote.
1 card (got it late in life as I didn't/don't believe in credit) I use it like a debit card and just transfer $ from my savings account to cover all purchases the day I make them.
0 interest paid on that card for as long as I've had it.
I see far too many people get in the shit putting...
Can pretty well afford to buy what I want.... Not much on the market I'd prefer as I'm a tinkerer so just use the Mk3 as a big toy. :)
As for the new GTR, AWESOME car.
Used to have long hair as a kid
worlds worst car related crap was getting gear oil in it :(
(I'm sure it's strained through a Yak's ass at the refinery)
LOL before I built my CNC I had NEVER touched a CAD program :D
The way I work while it may not be the correct way I get the results I want/need and Inv8 suits this.
I tried AutoCad and found it far too structured and that they assume you actually have a clue!
I rarely render or make...
