With the MoTeC I run some extra dwell at high boost to prevent the spark blowout at torque peak, this way I can be gentle on the coils for day to day use and it only drives them hard when needed.
ie: I run 2.3ms @ atmospheric and 5.0ms above 15psi when at 13v.

I was at school during the change over to Metric here so can work in both but still think in imperial for fine measurements.
(ie: 10 thou is easier to visualise in my mind than .25 of a mm for some strange reason)

It's been starving for Oil at some stage and the Filter has been bypassing shit into the Oil system...
I don't imagine the Bearings look much better than the top end of the engine.
