Bottom load on a Bus?

Try pulling injector clips one at a time and see if the noise stops.

Far easier to remove/install the engine/trans as a unit I do mine by myself and have done it 20+ times. Loadleveller makes it a breeze.

I'd go bigger on the injectors if your Haltech can run then sequential.

Auto or manual?

The pulsation thing sounds more like either a broken diaphram or pivot ring in the pressure plate.

Measure it, all MHG's use the same construction it's just the middle layer that's different. The 4 thin layer thing is confusing though it sounds like someone has stacked extras to make it thicker as most are 2x thin 1x thick, the HKS Stopper uses another thin but it's folded around the thick...

Mine happened on the return leg of an 1800 Km round trip (my fault I forgot to check the Oil before I left to come home) and as I was still 700 Km's from home and a tow wasn't an option I just dumped 2 Qt's of 90 weight gear Oil in and limped it home. It was fine if I didn't push it hard.

If you're even slightly low on Oil and have to get on the brakes hard at high speed you can't RK these motors with the stock pan.... ask me how I know :(
