It's a sidegrade from the dark days.....
It shifts the powerband to the left of the dyno chart spooling sooner so it gives a punchier midrange where most DD's drive but getting asthmatic on the top end.
2 "issues" I can see
1: Hi tensile is neither needed nor desirable for the studs as something ductile is better able to cope with the heat and expansion.
2: Loctite in this area is useless as to remove a Loctited part you use heat.
DBA is about the only place here I can think of where you'd have any chance of getting them undrilled.
I think the guys have assumed you meant not crossdrilled.....
Popped the diaphragm.
The Top port unless it's going to an EBC or a MBC Bleeder will cancel out the bottom port and you get no WG as reported.
But if it has burst the diaphragm you'll get no WG, so 2 issues here.
Seems like some Paint Thinners don't have a lot of acetone in them as one of the other guys was having the same problems.
I soaked mine im a shallow tray for 10> 15 minutes and the Viton washed off with a rag and almost no scrubbing.
