Can pretty well throw the IC in the Bin if a Comp wheel lets go, I WOULDN'T trust a fresh rebuilt engine to survive no matter how well it's been cleaned out, all it takes is for one piece of wheel to dislodge and get sucked in to end it all.
Fully charged battery with a spare+ Jumper leads
All plugs out
Throttle @ 100%
Crank for 3>4 compression strokes on each cylinder
Write down the result 0 guage on the tester and repeat for each cylinder.
300 isn't reality no idea how that came up.
I bought all new pullies when I built my 7M they're available and not that exe, the new crank pully is staked a bit better so the guide don't fall off as easily ;)

There is a natural progression to these things, first you check a then b then c and so on.
