Rear Right Side Serious Virbation after 60mph

90119-14017? You still need to check the Uni joint phasing as well doesn't matter if it only has 80k miles it's still 20 years old.

Walbro 255 vs. Stock Fuel pump?

Keeping in mind that the Denso pumps have an internal 60psi relief valve so anything over 40psi base+20psi boost will start them bypassing volume.

best way to drain auto trans?

Same same if you try to run it out of the cooler line, soon as the pickup uncovers it will stop pumping but you run the risk of rotational damage to parts that are normally pressure lubed. You could keep topping it up while it's running to flush the old Oil out. Good idea to drop the pan...

Rear Right Side Serious Virbation after 60mph

Ummm "500,36,49" is the torque spec for the drain plug?? (kg-cm,nm,ft/lbs) If one of the front mounting bolts is missing it's a symptom of the vibration and not the cause.

I pulled my first two bearings. What do you think? (w/ pics)

My Crank shop steered me away from ACL's as they don't do the good Race series bearings for M Engines (ACL are local to me) NDC's are the Japanese equal to Clevites but lack some of the cool Clevite tech features, I've used them in my last 4 7M builds with good results.

    Pre-Start Lube

Used to see 20psi @ 220rpm with the 7M and am seeing 22psi with the chev with the plugs in.

I pulled my first two bearings. What do you think? (w/ pics)

They STOPPED production about 4 years ago...... The NDC bearings that Clevite put in their boxes are back ordered would be more accurate ;)

    Pre-Start Lube

If the plugs are out a minte or so at a time isn't going to hurt. Did you do any oil system mods while it was apart? (seen a few times people fit a remote filter and plumb it backwards and have this issue)
