Same same if you try to run it out of the cooler line, soon as the pickup uncovers it will stop pumping but you run the risk of rotational damage to parts that are normally pressure lubed.
You could keep topping it up while it's running to flush the old Oil out.

If one of the front mounting bolts is missing it's a symptom of the vibration and not the cause.
My Crank shop steered me away from ACL's as they don't do the good Race series bearings for M Engines (ACL are local to me)
NDC's are the Japanese equal to Clevites but lack some of the cool Clevite tech features, I've used them in my last 4 7M builds with good results.
If the plugs are out a minte or so at a time isn't going to hurt.
Did you do any oil system mods while it was apart?
(seen a few times people fit a remote filter and plumb it backwards and have this issue)
