The normal non ABS sensor is a 2 tooth Reed switch that tends to "bounce", there's another 4 pulse Reed behind the Speedo that can be used but it's bouncy as well.
You could fit an ABS Hall sensor and remove some teeth from the Shutter while you have it apart.

Using the ABS sensor freaks out the SSv4 due to the high resolution, a bud here borrowed my Speedo calibration box I'd used for my old AVCR to trim the signal down to something the SSv4 can use.

Tach output should be 1 wire and every standalone made in the last 20 years has it.
Analogue speedo doesn't require a signal from the ecu to function.

Dan: I bought a Snow kit and ended up only using the Nozzle and Pump and got my MoTeC guys to Map what the controller outputs and replicate that in the M800, works really well.
