Being a clutch line I'd just go for the ryco/aeroquip reusable fittings and make it what ever length you need at home.
(I used these for my power steer remote mount and turbo lines)
I think he means he has bought a lot of parts from the USA that need to be palleted and shipped to Germany, my only advice is DO NOT try and declare a lower/false value on the customs declaration!
This WILL Backfire as German customs services will catch it and make your life a misery... :(
Grab the MoTeC V3 software and have a play around with it, a lot of the old school guys swear by the v2 software but I find the v3 stuff 100x more flexiable and easier to make do what I want :)
While a few of the "others" may say their "features" are supported in the software the reality is...
Yep there's enough weight and stiction in a journal bearing turbo to stop it turning, BB turbo's can and do turn while cranking, my 04z moves a ton of air at idle (if you run it with the TB Pipe off it'd make a good hair dryer)
That and the Turbine, shaft and Compressor wheel weight is sitting on the bearings and the bearings are sitting down in the centre housing as they don't have enough Oil pressure to "float" yet ;)

Keeping in mind it's a forced induction engine so you're not relying on atmospheric pressure for cylinder filling.
I'm not bagging your idea just that it's possibly a lot of time faffing around...
Can delete mine from that list as it's a High Tech Turd, if anything were to go seriously wrong I wouldn't hesitate to cut it up with the Plasma cutter and dump it at the scrap metal yard.
The topic is "best looking"
