use a small drill, then open it up with a pocket knife a little bit, then a round file! -shaeff

interesting... my 89+ motor has it. i'm bypassing the TB and ISC coolant hose with some good (high pressure, just to be sure) hose. i dont want to cap it off or weld it incase the need to sell the car (as if that would ever happen) so i'm just going to get a long length of hose and bypass both...

if you have a turbo, and the flywheel you got is an N/A flywheel, that might do it. an n/a flywheel will bolt up to a turbo motor, but i dont believe it'll line up with the PP. -shaeff

block off the little pipe that comes from the large steel pipe at the back of the head. then cut off your coolant passages from the TB and JB weld them shut. (make sure there's no moisture in them) then cap off the nipple to the ISC. cut off the vaccuum lines too and JB weld, and sand them...
