It's as good as any device that only gives you that few adjustment points over the entire RPM band. Compared to a SAFC-II, it's primitive. Compared to modern devices (MAP-ECU or MAFTPRO) it's a joke. These old units work well, but have limited tuning ability.

I've run things this big on a 3.0 liter motor. A 75 shot of N02 is enough to get it to spool when sitting on the transbrake at the line.

Baseline factory fuel pressure is 38 - 40 psi with the hose disconnected for the 7M-GTE 43 is not that far off from "normal". Always adjust with the hose off btw, it ensures consistency. If the car seems to like 43 psi, run 43 psi. Supra's are odd beasts. ;)
