yes. the stock rubber piping gets brittle over time, and tends to crack at the hose clamps, thus causing boost leaks. the one right off the bottom of the turbo is usually to blame, as it's near the heat of the exhaust constantly, and sees the highest temperatures. other times, the crappy...

100% agreed. Toyota FIPG>any permatex sealant. the fipg is much stickier, thicker, and seals better. i use it instead of RTV on EVERYTHING. -shaeff

you'd build too much fuel pressure because it would restrict return flow to the tank... a wally/ any upgraded pump flows too much to force through that little hole. the FPR WILL be bleeding off alot of fuel to the return line. -shaeff

yes, but you have to dremel out the actual coin holder part to mount the toggle. it's not too difficult if you have a steady hand and sharp bits. -shaeff

oh, i know that for sure! :) i'm not in any way saying that i or anyone else can shift faster than an automatic, i'm just saying that there's more skill to driving a manual car. i'm all about having complete control over the car at every given second i'm driving. i hate automatics. i'll never...

i've sold about ten of those KS re-wire harnesses, and that's the first picture i've ever seen of it in someone elses car. kindof gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside. :) your engine bay looks nice, catback! -shaeff

thanks. it's going to be a not-so-slow process if all goes well. i'm not sure whether or not i'm going to do the bodywork/paint, or if i'm going to get it done. i'm definately putting all the new panels on. i just dont think i have the time to do the bodywork. :( -shaeff
