You need the Water as it's part of the bypass, Oil needs to be blanked off though so you don't drop pressure.
If you take the Turbine out it's welded to the shaft so the Compressor wheel has nothing to bolt to.
I've seen people pull the Wheels and shaft out then fit a bolt in it's place, also block off the Oil feed just in case, it's just going to run like a low comp NA.

Once it's slipped the snout of the crank loses it's press fit and there's not much to be done to save it, the ATI SuperDampers while a bit expensive are a much tighter fit and could be an option to save the crank/engine.
LMAO some carbon on the pistons and combustion chambers could increase it by that amount, as I said in my PM unless you intend to run it on the ragged edge it's going to be fine... :nono:

My only caveat would be keep it safe guys, if you understand and accept the limitation of running slammed DON'T drive your cars like you would a DD as it'll end in tears at the most unexpected time!
