Did you do the fuel pump relay/resistor bypass? That could make it do what you are describing. Also, an aftermarket afpr is a good idea to have with a Walbro.

It wouldn't hurt anything, but it probably wouldn't gain anything either. The TB is not really going to be a restriction. Throttle body upgrades are more helpfull on NA engines.

Some exhaust shops that do custom work will have various scrap bends from exhaust they have made. I used 2.5" aluminized steel pipe for mine a few years ago. Very easy to mig weld that stuff. Now I have been selling the aluminum piping kits I find that it is a lot easier to use those with...

Nice work Shaeff! The wot tps voltage you are seeing is correct, I think the 4.5v was probably more of an estimate. .5v to 3.6v is the average normal voltage swing for the 7mgte.
