    Can you start it?

yellow: it's MUCH easier (in my opinion) to put the motor/tranny in together. (with them bolted together) i've always done it that way. it's super easy, and then you don't have to struggle with those upper bellhousing bolts. -shaeff

or you can replace the stock boost gauge with the voltmeter from an N/A car. ;) that way you have all working gauges. :) -shaeff

Front cams for camber adjustment seized- UPDATED-both sides nearly done!

update: i finally got one side off. (found the time to do it) i have to cut out one small piece that's left on the subframe. (part of the inner sleeve seized to the bolt still that i cut through). so one side is almost done. i picked up new bolts for the front, all of them, including the...

Want to Destroy!!! Not really... need help

if you see threads, then the crank pulley bolt has fallen off. get a new key, possibly crank pulley if it's damaged, and make sure the crank isn't FUBR. if the crank is good, you can get away with just a key and maybe a pulley. it's supposed to be torqued down to 195 ft lbs if i remember...

Why do people Feel the Need on Nice Days

i just keep my own pace. if they get really cocky, i'll actually slow down most of the time. i don't like to draw attention to myself. my car is rusty, and looks like crap. i don't rocket out of traffic lights. i cruise. every now and again, i'll put a smile on my own face when i get on it...

You know what I hate most about my MK3 ?

replace the blower resistor. it's one screw to remove down near the firewall on the passenger side. one screw and it pops right out, disconnect the wire clip, pop a new one in, screw it down, re-connect wire and enjoy 3 fan speeds again. ;) costs about $20 or so. also, i have no A/C. i live...

    checking my logic

and where'd that info come from? where in cometic's directions or website does it say that it cannot handle that power level? i sure didn't see it anywhere. if the headgasket doesn't last, then you have a tuning, cooling, or machine work problem. a stock headgasket could be pushed to 500hp with...

EFI main relay, Fuel pump relay, do I need them?

boso, you can check out a thread i posted in the reference section about the 12v fuel mod. it eliminates the fuel pump resistor and relay, and sets up the fuel pump with an aftermarket relay and heavier wire. works like a charm. :) -shaeff
