i believe that the titan gasket is modeled after the HKS mls gasket, and requires a finer RA to get it to seal properly. a cometic is more forgiving than both the titan and the HKS. -shaeff

however, an AFPR is a good tool for rough tuning. if you search around for my dyno thread, you can see how much horsepower i gained simply by playing with the fuel pressure. (*don't mess with fuel pressure unless you have a wideband o2 sensor) -shaeff
