    Thicker/Stronger casting that was available earlier than the GTE one, they also ran with no Squirters and fully grooved main bearings.

    Forged is a good way to future proof a build in case you change plans and want more power later... If you're concerned about Slap just have the Pistons coated and close down the PtoB clearence a couple of thou.

    Never ever ever ran a Flex pipe on any of my 7M downpipes I made and never had a stripped or damaged Header/manifold/stud.

    You need to fine one with a non return valve built into the signal port from the intake, just take a length of 5mm clean hose to the junkyard hook it up and blow, if you can blow pass.
