hey, i got home a little while ago. we left my place at 4am, got to will's at 5:58, put the hood on, grabbed some misc. bits and pieces, and we were home at 8:30. :) not bad!
all went well on the way home. the car sits patiently in my driveway until i can get a chance to crack the hood and...
for what it's worth, there are several other things on the 7M that use the same connector. the ignitor for both turbo and N/A, the coilpacks for both turbo and N/A, the CPS, the distributor on N/A's, and i think there are a few more that i can't remember.

carefully consider everything you're doing, and if you still decide to remove things, do them one at a time, bag and tag them, so that if you ever decide you want them back, all you have to do is bolt them back on.
and you catch can isn't doing very much when it's sitting next to the hot...

but i ran it like that for months, and i...

suprahooked, i set the base timing. #1 piston at TDC, crank at 0*, both cams at 12 o'clock. i installed...
what was the origional problem?
i know i had base timing set correctly. the car would barely even run if it were 180* out. the idle is too smooth for that. no way in hell it's 180* out. #1 piston at TDC, crank at 0*, and both cams at 12 o'clock. i had it perfect. i know i did. so, what did...
