take a look at your plugs. if its leaning out you will see it. instead of a nice tan color they will be white. when my pump was going out i blew one HG and started to melt the electrode on the number 5 plug.

as the manifold pressure (what the FPR is referencing) approches 0inhg from idle (which should be around 20inhg) the fuel pressure should increase, reaching your base FPR setting when mani press reaches 0.

you dont need longer bolts unless you put more than like 6 washers in there. 4 washers took me to 10 pounds of boost. any more than that and id think youd dramatically decrease your actuators life.
for all -6an SS lines for the fuel feed from the motor mount to the rail, then from the rail to the FPR will run you about 245 for all fittings and hose.
