The Vf is a simple voltage output from zero to 5 volts. You do not need to use the frequency Hz function of the meter. You have it connected correctly, just set the meter to a DC voltage range of about 20 Volts. I'm assuming you know how to use the Vf information, if not...

well... altho that is scary... my turbo has a different serial label and it's located in a different area.. which might suggest that they are not exactly the same... here's hopin that mines better :-p
well... i wouldn't get my exact turbo... the ex housing is wayyyyyyyyyy too big lol.. but as far as i can see from facts... i don't really see anything wrong with them
