Thanks Andy. I have a band saw. I don't trust it's cuts very much. I am with you on the sander, always wanted to own one. I don't have one here, yet, because they are pretty pricey for the much larger, decent quality one I want.

How old is the master? Sometimes the bleeding process can finish off a questionable master cylinder. Also what those guys said. Bleed everything.

There are things you can buy that you spray to protect the surfaces. Oil is your friend.
