Count the number of full turns the lug nuts you are using with those wheels it takes from just starting to touching the rim where it sits. I wouldn't run any spacer that lets the lug nuts sit less than 5 full turns. Will prolly either need longer studs or better fitting wheels.
Yes you can depending on offset. I run 18/10 +25 all around.
Your kind on the low side. If your not tucking at all then you could run 285 all around. If your tucking tho 255 front works better as 265 starts rubbing on the fender under harder corners. 275 works perfect in the back.
Coating will most likely stick to both head and block.
To re use properly need to take all the layers apart clean all the Viton off spray each side with copper spray and reassemble in the same order it was taken apart.
It's some work and might be easier to just get another gasket.
Edit...
If your on stock turbo just install it and go to just under fuel cut.
A safc would be a good idea too.
Boost controller and turbo timer arnt hard to install either.
By not having knock sensors it going to limit the kind of driving you can do. Once you start building boost it's going to kick back and say no.
Should fix that ASAP.
Not much to it either. There is the feed hose. The pressure hose with copper crush washers. And the return hose.
Besides that the pump or rack could leak.
