If the crank has been machined in anyway most likely the select fit bearings are not going to work.
There are number on the block crank and rods for the Toyota select fit bearings and to find out which beating to use you have to match up the numbers for that cylinder. Its in the tsrm.

The plug with 2 wires is for pps. If you had abs there would be another 3 wires black red and yellow.
Could cut the plugs that don't match up and wire in the correct ones that do from the he harness.
If the wire colors are the same then just match them up.

Ya wingless was not specific to na or turbo. I have seen plenty of factory turbo cars that were stock wingless. Majority of cars had spoilers tho.
Stock ride height is 4x4. Quick search rebvieled something like 2ft 4in front and 2ft 3in rear for a 88. Front is a tad higher than rear.
No I'm not 100% sure as I have never done it not would I. Most people go the other way around that's why no one is answering.
Only thing different between the auto and manual harness is the parts for the auto trans.
