Ya but a 3.91 would be better. I liked the 3.91 LSD a lot more than a open 4.30. Doesn't really seem worth it to change gear ratios and rebuild the diff and not get an LSD. A whole LSD is like 100-200$ complete pnp.

Get a 3.91. 3.73 would make the na slow. I had a 3.91 in my na years ago.

Mk3 have a 8in diff. I believe it will fit but why. If you wanted different gear ratios just get na LSD with the 4.30 gears and swap it in. Idk for sure if it's a direct fit and work with the LSD or not.

Possibly a bad booster.

Can use either na or turbo harness to hack up as well. 88 would work with 87 too.

Just because the bolts are tight doesn't mean the gasket is not leaking. Use brake cleaner and clean it up and then look at it.

I have about 6k or so on a dm 2800lb pp and action 6 puck. No issues so far and I beat on it pretty hard sometimes. It has normal 6 puck chatter. First chatters if you don't rev it up a little but after that shifts smooth like a stock clutch. I like it.
