You could make your own 13in bbk. Using wilwood blank rotors and 4 piston calipers and then make a bracket or mock one and have a machine shop make it.
Roommate did that on his 240.
One of cables prolly snapped. My guess is the little on at the trans. It's also the easiest to check.
Pull it off turn one side if the other side turns then its good.
For the big one you can turn it And have someone watch the gauge. Might need a drill

For the "sleepy eyes" that will all be custom. The arms that the motor turns to move the headlight up will need to be modified so they only go up to where you want.
Tap will retread the hole. A die will retread the bolt. Need to have the right size and that I do not know.
You can find a bolt that fits and match the tap and die up to it tho.
It's basically a 2jz harness that you use. You transfer over the main Ecu power and wires for and a d pps if you have. Also you just rewire the body plus so it all plugs in work.
Very little of the 7m harness actually gets used.

Can't tell what the bottom pic is but the middle one you can tape off the paint and then use like acetone or paint thinner and use a sponge or rag and remove it from the molding. Not hard.
Mine went from loud with stock twins to not so loud with the single. Twins is was on pass side under headlight. Single it's on drivers side under head light.
Idk if the second nipple on the type s will quite it down or not. Never tried on mine. But I like the whistle.
Think it's supposed to be hooked up to boost or something to make it react faster.
