You didn't mess with the plug wires, did you? When I had my plug wires in wrong as 1-6-3-5-2-4 it sounded like it had a big lopey cam kind of. the correct order is 1-6-3-4-2-5. Straightened right out.

Yeah, that sucked Ian :icon_razz Mine was about a 50ra as well. Held up fine, but started to leak slowly into the CC's and also would pressurize the cooling system. I did beat the shit out of that engine for about 2 years though....

What you need to do is take the setting arm on the mouse trap, and bend the tip slightly outwards. When you set it across the "cheese", how it rests under the small tab, the fact that it is now bent makes it take up less of the area under that tab. one small touch of the "cheese" and it goes...
