My blitz does the auto time up via a boost guage, which just taps into the vacuum lines and once it detects a certain boost (selectable) it starts the count. So where a wire would go... I have no idea.

I was myself debating between the Koni's and the Bilstiens. I didn't want to run them with H&R springs though; instead RSR race springs, or TRD springs.

I would definitly not use an aftermarket crank pulley. They are not harmonically dampened like the stocker and its been found they can cause a decient amount of damage over time.
