Iridiums are a pain to gap. There prolly at pre packaged gap which is any where from around 36 to 46. Boost on a jz will blow that out fast. Get ngk coppers like habenaro said. Pn 4644. Gap to 25-28 and should be good to go.

Did you pull the blue boots off the coil packs? What are your plugs gapped to?

Leak down test will tell you if it's a valve ring or hg. Might e able to rent one from autozone or kragen.

Was the block machined? Was the rear timing cover machined with the block? Any rivets touching the sealing surface?

If te diff has a good rebuild on it should hold. Ij had a custom 9" ford IRS in his mk3.

Any leaks? Do a coolant pressure test Block test Compression test and Leak down test. Also never heard anything good about supra store.

Make sure the hose is not pinching shut under vacuum.

Stock turbo everything. Other than that dm sells a kit for 1500. But you will still need gte Ecu harness cps coil pack and igniter.

IS your manifold t3 or t4? You should try pm'ing albert first as he rebuilds turbos and is a vendor on this forum.
